What happens in support groups?

Make an enquiryOur support groups offer a friendly, welcoming and non-judgemental space to connect with people who understand some of what you may be going through.
There’s no pressure to talk or share your story. You can simply listen, hear about other people’s experiences and take part as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
We offer a range of groups and sessions, including our monthly support groups, education groups, Kinship Group, Ketamine Group, HOPE Group, as well as a variety of wellbeing sessions.
Each group offers something a little different, from sharing experiences and learning from others to building connections and supporting your wellbeing. You’re welcome to join at any stage and find the groups or sessions that feel right for you.
Whether you’re looking to meet others, learn more, share your experiences or simply listen, you’ll be warmly welcomed into our community.
Come along when you feel ready and discover a supportive space where you can connect with people who understand.
