This is a facilitated group meeting.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese martial art that focuses on slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness. It is often practiced for its health benefits, including improved balance, flexibility, and stress relief. Rooted in ancient philosophy, Tai Chi promotes harmony between the mind and body, making it a popular practice for relaxation and overall well-being.

Please sing loudly

Singing in a group, even if you don’t have a great voice, has many benefits! It boosts mood, reduces stress, and creates a sense of connection and belonging. Singing together releases feel-good hormones like endorphins and oxytocin, which can help improve mental well-being. It also enhances breathing, posture, and confidence while fostering a fun and supportive atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the music without judgment

Yoga sessions

Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Rooted in ancient Indian tradition, it helps improve mental and physical well-being by reducing stress, enhancing focus, and increasing body awareness. Yoga is accessible to all levels and can be adapted to suit individual needs.
